Style

Lovely Clutches hand knitted in the Formosa bush in Argentina, and meticulously handcrafted from 100% Chaguar fibers.

A) Chaguar Clutch. Reference dimensions: 8.6 inches x 6.2 inches.
B) Smooth Chaguar clutch. Reference dimensions: 9 inches x 10.6 inches.
C) Crochet chaguar clutch. Reference dimensions: 9.8 inches x 9.8 inches.

Chaguar Care: Chaguar is a natural fiber, and so are its dyes. Humidity can cause the chaguar to stiffen. If it becomes stiff, simply iron the bag to soften the chaguar and restore the product's shape. Do not wash; dry cleaning is recommended.

Chaguar fiber is hand-picked and woven by women from the Wichí community in the Argentine Northeast. The fabrics are then sent to Buenos Aires province, where expert saddlers from different cooperatives produce our designs.

Suri was conceived as a space where design and handwork live together. An environment where buyers can connect with the creative process and the myriad experiences that go into the production of each piece. Their objects are handmade and one of a kind. No two pieces are alike. Their mission is to appreciate and give value to the small stuff: the hands that produce each object and the authenticity of each piece.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends nor holidays. Any delays due to high volume of orders will be informed within the 2 business days to the customer via registered email or cellphone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once order is processed, customer will receive Shipment Tracking Number via registered email or cellphone.

Customs, duties and taxes

Hand Matters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Hand Matters is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Hand Matters ships only within the United States. International Shipping is not available for the moment.
