Las Charo is a brand of handmade mules, created in 2018 in a workshop located in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Talented women's hands assemble and sew them, giving each piece a unique touch. These mules have a boho chic style in all of their models.
- Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends nor holidays. Any delays due to high volume of orders will be informed within the 2 business days to the customer via registered email or cellphone.

Once order is processed, customer will receive Shipment Tracking Number via registered email or cellphone.

Hand Matters is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
